501–1,000 sq ft → Cost: $200 deposit: $75 
1,001–2,000 sq ft → Cost: $300 deposit: $75 
2,001–2,500 sq ft → Cost: $350 deposit: $100 
2,501–3,500 sq ft → Cost: $450 deposit: $125 
3,501–5,000 sq ft → Cost: $600 deposit: $175 
5,001–7,500 sq ft → Cost: $750 deposit: $200 
7,501–10,000 sq ft → Cost: $900 deposit: $225 
10,001–15,000 sq ft → Requires Walkthrough deposit: $300.00 
15,001 sq ft or more:  Requires Walkthrough, deposit $500.00
The base fee covers full-service night-shift janitorial care:
waste disposal
floor sweeping/mopping/vacuuming
surface dusting
breakroom cleaning and sanitation
full bathroom cleaning
reception/common area tidying
high-touch surface sterilization
and interior glass spot cleaning (no windows)
